Hotel in Guangzhou

• APVBO will book rooms for you in Vaperse Hotel for April 5-8, 2024 (April 5 check in and April 8 check out) for the conference and will be responsible for the costs. The hotel shall be booked by APVBO, or APVBO could only reimburse the cost as per ZOC/SKLO/APVBO policy.

• If you would like to stay for extra days in Vaperse Hotel, APVBO will book it for you but you will be responsible for the costs. We have a special agreement with the hotel and enjoy promotion price for room booking, which means you will pay less for the extra days. With regard to payment, the hotel staff will present you the bill for extra days for you to pay when you check out.

Reimbursement

For this conference, APVBO will purchase the ticket centrally (with forward of e-ticket to distinguished speakers). According to the policy of ZOC/SKLO/APVBO, only costs of flights directly related to the APVBO 2019 conference can be reimbursed.

When multiples destinations are included, APVBO will not be able to reimburse the costs of unrelated travels.

For reimbursement, please provide us with the following documents:

• Boarding pass (hard copy or electronic ones) of trip to Guangzhou. 

• Scanned files of your passport, visa page, round trip immigration stamps (may have 4 stamps on one's passport for round trip) and boarding pass of your return trip from Guangzhou.
